Please allow 7-10 days from the time your place your order for delivery.  We are currently in a pandemic, Covid has pushed shipping times back. Once you have received your tracking LookFabulous, LLC is no longer responsible for lost items. All shipping comes with Insurance Please file a claim with the USPS, UPS, etc
